Decaf or regular? No coffee; tea please.

How do you like your eggs? Sunny side up.

What do you think of the Kindle Revolution and how it’s affecting the publishing industry? I think we’re at the very beginning of the Kindle Revolution and cannot begin to imagine the new horizons being created for reader and writer. The publishing industry will change, is changing greatly, and despite the uncertainty of these economic times, I believe there is reason for optimism in this industry.

Describe your favorite character of all the ones you’ve created. Tough question, but I think I might go with “Miss Finchley” in another ebook of mine called “Meet Me in Nuthatch.” She’s an elderly librarian who keeps the past alive in her small town, mainly by holding fast to her own sense of style.

What’s surprised you most about digital publishing?  The possibility of actually making a living at it.

What’s the best piece of advice on being an author that you ever heard?  Read.

If you could dabble in another genre, what would it be? Nonfiction – history.

Want a slice of pie with that? Pumpkin, please. Or apple. Or blueberry. Or lemon meringue. How many can I have?

The Hylander Diner thanks Jacqueline for stopping by.
